Position Overview
Zendesk is seeking a highly motivated individual to support internal process improvements within our quote‑to‑cash systems, aiming to scale the Global Revenue Operations (RevOps) team and drive the company’s multi‑billion dollar revenue plan.
Job Description
In this role, you will optimize CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and Zuora (Billing) systems, focus on usage‑based pricing, and collaborate with RevOps, IT, Growth & Monetization, Sales, and Product teams to leverage data for pricing strategies and operational efficiency, including AI integration.
You will also support collections and system integrations for financial operations, develop training and documentation for new implementations, and contribute to effective collections and integrated solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand upcoming system and/or process launches and plan communications.
- Represent Revenue Operations in design, solutioning, and review processes for system updates and defect resolutions.
- Own projects end‑to‑end, developing and executing change‑management plans to scale resolution‑based pricing initiatives.
- Design and coordinate training programs for the RevOps team on new product launches using AI tools and automation.
- Develop KPIs to measure the effectiveness of training, change initiatives, and usage‑based pricing.
- Provide ongoing support and reinforcement of new processes through regular check‑ins and refresher training.
- Document workflows and process improvements related to quoting, billing, and provisioning.
- Prepare for product launches, gather solution design requirements, document systems, and participate in testing.
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities to optimize operational processes and align enablement with finance metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in finance support, sales operations, corporate training, or instructional design.
- Proficient in G‑Suite and Zoom; familiarity with Salesforce, Zuora, or other CRM tools a plus.
- Exceptional written and communication skills, with clarity in conveying complex information.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- A self‑starter with a proactive personality, capable of working independently in a hybrid environment.
- Experience working with remote and global teams, demonstrating facilitation skills and virtual influence.
Salary
Poland annualized base salary range: zł109,000.00 – zł163,000.00. Actual compensation will be based on job‑related capabilities and experience. Bonus, benefits, or related incentives may also be offered.
