As the RGM & Channel Senior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving sustainable and profitable growth for Kellanova. Your role will involve developing and executing strategies, managing performance, creating pricing plans, and conducting market analysis to support the growth of our categories and achieve business objectives.

 

Your role will be based on our new Warsaw, Poland office on a hybrid working basis. As part of a four-member team reporting to our RGM & Channel HGM Lead.

 

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

  • Strategy Development - Develop the brand, channel, and customer commercial strategy, along with revenue growth management plans for our leading categories.
  • KPI Management - Manage your portfolios performance against KPIs by customer, channel, and brand, building business cases to support the growth of our categories, Kellanovas sales, profit, and gross margin percentage.
  • Pricing Strategy - Create industry-leading pricing, promotion, product pack size, and investment plans to grow the Kellanova business sustainably while driving category sales.
  • Market Analysis - Analyze our categories, competitor strategies, and consumer buying patterns to project demand and profitability for potential products, key product features and requirements, commercialization of the plan, and delivery of our business objectives.

  • Is adept at quickly building strong cross-functional relationships both internally and externally.

  • Excels both independently and in a team environment.
