Your responsibilities

Ensure proper tools and methodology to define pricing and promotional strategy
Manage pricing guidelines set-up and revisions in cooperation with Sales Teams
Manage internal promotional planning system to enable Sales Teams to prepare commercial plans
Monitor schedule and revenue realization of price increases
Work with Sales Teams to track progress towards revenue KPIs
Drive portfolio mix management to optimize profitability of categories
Work on multiple data sources both qualitative and quantitative to bring valuable insights
Support annual planning process

Commercial and financial acumen proven with 4+ years of experience
Reducing complexity using an analytical, disciplined and collaborative approach
Synthesizing multiple data points and sources into a holistic position
Strong organization skills, detail orientation and ability to prioritize
Proactive problem solving attitude
Excellence in MS Excell (incl. VBA) and Powerpoint
Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI and market data reporting would be an asset (Nielsen Discover, CMR, Focus)
Working in a FMCG with customer and category knowledge would be an additional advantage
Fluent in Polish & English
