Service delivery model includes coordinating ticket audit process, ensuring full compliance to industry requirements and reporting identified risks, exceptions and discrepancies**Responsibilities*** Prepare and deliver passenger tax reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for Operating Companies (OpCos).* Analyse tax data and initiate accurate and timely tax payments.* Conduct efficient investigations to resolve discrepancies or issues* Monitor tax applicability information and changes* Ensure tax rules updates comply with IATA notifications and regulatory requirements.* Respond to tax-related queries from internal and external stakeholders.* Maintain clear documentation of processes and functional specifications**Required Skills, Qualifications & Experience:****Qualifications*** BS/MS degree in Finance, Economics or related field* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Power Query* Knowledge of GDS (AMADEUS) and SQL is a plus* Strong analytical skills to support relevant tax claims* High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and timeliness* Excellent cooperation skills* Fluency in English* Proven knowledge of the airline industry and revenue accounting processes is an asset* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an international environment* Experience of operating across multiple countries and cultures is desirable* Experience of, and contribution to, applicable industry best practice, leading and shaping further development* Proven ability to work with different levels of management and stakeholders**What we offer:**The chance to enjoy a challenging career in an exciting, fast-moving environment in a dynamic industry.The opportunity to work in a multi-cultural environment with great offices in many locations.
