Responsibilities

• Oversee revenue recognition for multiple business lines in compliance with ASC 606
• Coordinate with Sales, Legal, and Finance teams to review contracts and ensure accurate accounting treatment
• Supervise customer billing processes across different markets
• Lead revenue reporting activities, including reconciliations and close processes
• Optimize and automate revenue-related workflows and tools
• Assist in audits and external reporting, especially around revenue-related matters

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles, ideally with 3+ years in leadership
• Strong command of US GAAP; IFRS experience is a plus
• Track record of working in international, high-growth, or subscription-based businesses
• Familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP systems, and passion for digitalization
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and confident in cross-functional collaboration
• English fluency required; Polish is a plus
