Responsibilities

  • Driving the sales process through developing and maintaining relationships with assigned retail channels.
  • Identifying the clients’ potential based on their existing and future plans and strategies. Exploring accounts’ organization structure. Focus on achieving customer satisfaction and their retention.
  • Building sales strategies, managing prices, margins and stock levels of given products. Working out long‑term sales strategy in the whole retail market. Planning relevant budgets and their reconciliation. Maintaining high quality reports of conducted business activities. Planning and achieving weekly/monthly sales targets in given sales channels. Continuously hunting for new opportunities within defined market sectors.
  • Continuously monitoring the market situation. Collecting and analyzing market information about competitors’ activities and plans and developing relevant countermeasures.
  • Activating marketing team to create PR and marketing projects aiming at increasing sales. Analyzing marketing proposals from business partners based on ROI evaluation.
  • Working closely with PM, Logistics, Finance and Marketing team and share information internally based on existing reporting formats.
  • Working with the management team to define, develop and improve company’s position within the market.
  • Implementing new products, involving detailed roadmap planning, together with coordination of timetables and deliverables.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree or higher education in Telecommunications /Electronics/IT/BA or equivalent.
  • Strong profile in telecom account management, at least 5 years’ experience in managing key accounts and proven record of sales success within the telecom field, preferably retail.
  • Excellent net worker, experienced in – or capable of – accessing and working with top management of designated customers, and good understanding of telecom industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and leadership skills.
  • Action oriented, results driven, self‑motivated and persistent. Self‑starter with ambitious mindset – achiever. Creativity in dealing with everyday challenges.
  • Strong ability to work under stress and time constraints. Ability to work in a team in a collaborative and supportive way.
  • High degree of ethical standards and full compliance with anti‑bribery regulations.
  • Relevant mobile telecommunications technology knowledge is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Polish and English.
