Retail Merchandising Lead responsible for driving online sales performance and executing stock and assortment strategy in the digital channel (web page). Work closely with Merchandise Managers to optimize stock levels, product visibility, and availability to enhance the customer shopping experience and maximize online store conversion.
You will be part of the regional Merchandising unit. Within the Merchandising team, you will work closely with your Manager, other Digital Leads, as well as cross-functional partners such as Inventory Optimization Leads and Commercial Business Analyst. You will closely collaborate with E-commerce Leads and colleagues from the Customer Activation & Marketing team.

This is a full-time position with a local contract, based in Warsaw, Poland. The Retail Merchandising Lead is part of the Merchandising Department and reports to the Merchandise Manager.
