From here, we manage across the region, handling our wholesale distribution as well as our owned and operated stores and e-commerce. As a result of our growth ambitions, we are looking for a Retail Marketing Operational Specialist who will be responsible for ordering marketing campaigns in close cooperation with the VM & Retail Marketing department.

This role is about:

1. Preparation, supervision and responsibility for Allocation file for distributors markets
2. Loading campaign orders into the system (Cloud, AX)
3. Forecast of global VM materials (campaigns)
4. Preparation and assignment of new codes for in-store materials for each campaign
5. Coordination of production and delivery to the central warehouse KN, of campaign in-store materials
6. Coordination/ cooperation with a printing house at local productions- current promotions/ activations and other ad hoc assignments
7. Wallpapers- preparations files for orders, cooperation with the supplier and coordination of deliveries
8. Basware support (coding/ describing fv)
9. AX system support
10. Re-invoice EEPL/EECZ/EEHU/EESK/EERO
11. Checking inventory/ order statuses
12. Cost control in cooperation with financial department
13. Assistance in co-creating the VM budget
14. Management of all logistics activities related directly to VM retail / wholesale, at the opening of new locations, refits already existing
15. Cooperation with EDC/ CEE
16. Complaints/ incompatibilities in order
17. Placing orders
18. Control of shipments

You’re the perfect match, if You have:

1. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Planning Tools (Power BI will be an advantage)
2. Fluent in English – verbally and written
3. Min. 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role, in an international retail/fast fashion/lifestyle/beauty organization
4. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate
5. Proactivity and curiosity, can-do attitude
6. Ability to share knowledge
7. Initiative and shared decision-making approach
8. Team-spirit
9. Ability to prioritize and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment
10. Passion for work and the product
11. Good organizational and planning skills, ability to deal with situations where multitasking is frequently required.
