• Tackle a variety of topics as a country point of contact for processes such as restaurant onboarding & compliance, payments, and merchant performance.
• Analyze market data, create reports and dashboards, and draw conclusions to present insights to leadership up to the director level.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including local teams, regional functional management, support teams, product teams, partners, vendors, and more.
• Collaborate closely with your direct manager on long-term projects while making independent business decisions that impact the Polish market.

• You are fluent in English and Polish.
• You have strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (SQL is a big plus; willingness to learn and curiosity are a must).
• You are a driven, hardworking individual with a bachelor's degree or are close to graduation in technology, finance, economy, or a related field.
• You can deliver results independently but also collaborate well in a team environment.
• You are accurate and able to keep a good overview of your work, plan tasks based on company priorities, and make trade-offs effectively when needed.
• You are eager to learn and develop your skills.
• You are available to work in a hybrid model (at least 50% of the time in the Warsaw office).
