Job Summary
The Vendor Governance and Monitoring Analyst will work within the Quality Management and Controls function, specifically on vendor assessment. The team has been given a unique mandate to ensure Accenture acts responsibly when we buy AI as we do when we build it. This ongoing capability has been built from scratch and is a market first – providing AI assessment and assurance across 40k vendors globally. The role will report into Delivery leadership in the team responsible for executing assessment on our global vendor pool, establishing false negative testing, routine reporting, and deploying innovative use of tools to ensure our team delivers on objectives. Responsibilities
- Work with the Governance and Monitoring Lead to design an ongoing Governance process for third‑party management of RAI
- Design processes for standard vendors and specialist processes for CSM‑supported vendors, both initial and ongoing management
- Approve design of and stand up all forums
- Review, design, and optimise strategy relating to vendor re‑assessment
- Support the design and setup of negative news scanning, including overall design, parameters, and evaluation of appropriate tools
- Support the design of an ongoing, market‑leading monitoring capability
Preferred Candidates
- Background in consulting or relevant industries, especially experience in government or regulatory bodies, standards bodies, in designing and implementing operating models, risk management controls, governance structures, and controls
- Experience in corporate governance and risk management
- Experience with procurement and global vendor management
- Experience in regulated industries such as FS or H&PS
- Member of a corporate team focused on Responsible AI
- Academic focus on practical application of RAI
- Experience developing communications for senior stakeholders

This role sits within Accenture’s Global Responsible AI team, part of the Global Data & AI Practice. It involves opportunities to work on high‑impact, pioneering projects at the intersection of technology, ethics, and governance. Travel may be required, varying between 0–100% based on business needs and client engagements.
