Resource Planning Specialist

Your responsibilities

• Building long-term relationships with current and new Clients
• Taking care of our Clients and extending our services
• Close cooperation with the Client in order determine future requirements and providing plans
• Ability to track and monitor project status among outsourced IT team members and task status reporting in a close cooperation with Client’s Delivery Leader
• Regular and open communication with the IT team to ensure a supportive working environment
• Responsible for direct evaluation of work of Supplier’s resources, for resolving low performance issues, securing continuity of service in case of absences
• To take any appropriate action in order to fix the problems

Our requirements

• 3+ years of successful experience in service delivery development
• Experience in successfully managing teams and Clients
• Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly and effectively
• Determination and ambition to achieve targets
• Strong communication skills
• Can-do attitude, open-minded mindset, curiosity and courage to bring new ideas
• Good command of English (B2 level)
