Taking care of our Clients and extending our services
Close cooperation with the Client in order determine future requirements and providing plans
Ability to track and monitor project status among outsourced IT team members and task status reporting in a close cooperation with Client’s Delivery Leader
Regular and open communication with the IT team to ensure a supportive working environment
Responsible for direct evaluation of work of Supplier’s resources, for resolving low performance issues, securing continuity of service in case of absences
To take any appropriate action in order to fix the problems
Our requirements
3+ years of successful experience in service delivery development
Experience in successfully managing teams and Clients
Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly and effectively
Determination and ambition to achieve targets
Strong communication skills
Can-do attitude, open-minded mindset, curiosity and courage to bring new ideas
Good command of English (B2 level)
