Resource Manager

• The Technician Resource Manager oversees the planning, allocation, and development of technicians within the Pre-Assembly & Installation department.
• This includes managing workforce capacity, coordinating recruitment and onboarding, and ensuring all technician records and certifications are up to date.
• The role also involves building strong cross-department collaboration between Sourcing, Technician HR, and Operations to ensure efficient project execution and alignment with business goals.
• A key focus is on optimising resource use, maintaining cost efficiency, supporting team performance, and contributing to the department’s strategic direction
