Resource Management Specialist ICW

About the Role

As Resource Management Specialist (Installation, Commissioning and Warranty), you are responsible for supporting both the internal ICW team and the external Sales and Execution teams with inquiries concerning Installation & Commissioning (I&C) topics, such as staff inquiries, tooling, and Installation & Commissioning progress. The scope includes the full Oil & Gas product range such as Centrifugal & Reciprocating Compressors, Steam Turbines, Gas Turbines, Electrical motor drives (including their power systems), SCADA systems, and 3rd party supplied equipment. Together with your colleagues in the ICW team, you will build a close collaboration with your internal service counterparts as well as with 3rd party suppliers.

A Snapshot of Your Day

1. Build collaboration with the different Product line Field service heads and the Regional Field service teams Worldwide.
2. Identify and keep track of the Field Service resource pools.
3. Be familiar with Field Service certification requirements and where possible, create synergy for cross-training.
4. Keep track of tooling requirements for the different product lines during the Installation & Commissioning phase.
5. Establish manpower allocation based on the Installation & Commissioning schedule, focusing on utilizing as many local (certified) resources as possible.
6. Support projects in execution by de-bottlenecking shortages in I&C resources.
7. Analyze commercial, technical, and legal aspects for the I&C portion and provide comments and exceptions to I&C specifications where necessary.

What You Bring

1. Proficient in English.
2. Oil & Gas project execution experience.
3. Extensive Installation & Commissioning operational (Field) experience.
4. Equipment experience of the mentioned product portfolio.
5. Offshore Installation and commissioning know-how is a plus.
6. Initiative and progress-driven skills.
7. Fast decision-making and strategy formulation skills.
8. Great teammate with networking capabilities.
9. Ability to think outside of the box and be solution-oriented.
