This position provides technical and functional support for all Experience (Resource) Management within GDS Consulting Operations. The employee hired in this position will be responsible for analytics, scheduling of resources, and forecasting utilization.

The opportunity

Your key responsibilities

1. Take ownership of EM processes set up and improvements.
2. Daily close cooperation with multiple managers and other leaders on multiple EM related activities.
3. Manage and support the scheduling team in daily activities.
4. Provide regular communication to Experience (Resource) Management (EM) leadership regarding EM activities and report any issues.
5. Coordinate with IT, Recruitment, and L&D teams in supporting the onboarding process.
6. Identify over and under-utilized personnel, proactively identifying additional resources to bring utilization in line with their peers.

2. Efficiency and precision in daily work.
3. Very good English communication skills, both oral and written.
4. Experience in process setup and improvements.

To qualify for the role, you must have

1. 6+ years of working experience.
2. Strong client service focus - responsive to requests and maintains a sense of urgency in resolving issues.
3. Outstanding teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Ideally, you’ll also have

1. Proficiency in scheduling tools and other Microsoft applications.
