(Vendor Resource Management / Contingent Workforce / EMEA (collaboration with APJC))

Type of engagement: Temporary employment contract with a hybrid work model based in Kraków (2–3 days per week in the office).

Join a cross-functional Vendor Resource Management (VRM) team that supports contingent workforce staffing across delivery organizations. You will help delivery teams source and onboard contingent resources, ensure end-to-end compliance, and drive process improvements that reduce cost and cycle time.

Responsibilities

  • Support delivery teams across EMEA/APJC to source and onboard contingent labor for customer projects.
  • Act as a trusted advisor / SME for end-to-end staffing processes and Statement of Work (SoW) creation.
  • Manage competitive bids and RFQs with approved staffing suppliers to achieve cost savings and maintain affordability.
  • Ensure process, legal, and financial compliance for staffing engagements and purchase orders.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between internal stakeholders (delivery teams) and external partners/suppliers.
  • Identify and propose process improvements to reduce cost, automate steps, or shorten SLA timeframes.
  • Coordinate company equipment provisioning for new hires/contingent workers and support compliance-related questions.
  • Analyze internal processes, data, and operational issues; provide insights and recommendations.
  • Prepare timely ad-hoc reports for senior leadership using Microsoft Excel and internal systems.

Requirements

  • 1–4 years of relevant business experience.
  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Business / Management / Finance / Math / Accounting / IS / Economics (or related).
  • Native / bilingual English proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Strong time management, prioritization, and ability to work effectively remotely.
  • High integrity, customer focus, and service mindset.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Confident communicator and collaborative team player in a global environment.
  • Ability to earn trust quickly, negotiate effectively, resolve conflicts, and adapt in a fast-changing environment.
