Responsibilities
- Insurance Portfolio Management: Supporting the management of the corporate insurance portfolio, including active participation in policy reviews, renewal processes, and ensuring continuous coverage and regulatory compliance.
- Claims Handling Coordination: Aiding in the coordination of claims handling processes, including ongoing collaboration with brokers, insurers, and internal stakeholders to ensure prompt and appropriate resolution.
- Process Enhancement: Proposing improvements in processes related to business resilience, and solving non-standard cases beyond standard procedure descriptions.
- Risk Management Process Support: Supporting the full corporate risk management cycle, including assisting with the identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting of organizational risks.
- Operational Resilience Support: Following and ensuring the effective application and adherence to established policies and procedures supporting overall organizational resilience.
Qualifications
- Have at least 3 years of experience in managing corporate insurance policies (timely renewals, defining policy scope, arranging new policies, claims settlement).
- Have experience in risk management, business continuity or operational resilience.
- Specialized education in Risk Management, Insurance, Economics.
- Ability to efficiently organize work schedule and set priorities.
- Analytical and unconventional thinking abilities.
- Quickly assimilate new subjects and search for and synthesize information.
- Strong command of English and Polish, both written and spoken.
- Good communication skills.
- Familiar with ISO standards 31000, COSO ERM.
- Nice to have: Insurance broker certificate, ISO 31000 Risk Manager.
