The purpose of this role is to work as part of a team delivering the global Resilience programme, ensuring our regions, markets, brands and functions have the necessary processes embedded for the recovery and continuity of our critical activities.

We are now looking for a person to join us as Resilience & Business Continuity Coordinator (EMEA).

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and coordinate Resilience and Business Continuity contacts in countries across the EMEA region.
  • Carry out regular reviews of incident management and continuity processes.
  • Make sure incident response plans are up to date and clearly communicated.
  • Support the maintenance of Business Continuity Plans.
  • Organise and coordinate crisis communication tests and scenario exercises.
  • Track completion of required training for employees involved in resilience activities.
  • Conduct remote physical security checks in line with global standards.
  • Provide reporting and administrative support to the global Resilience Programme.
  • Build good working relationships with stakeholders at local, regional and global level.

Requirements

  • Experience working with processes or systems related to compliance, risk, security or business continuity.
  • Background in Business Continuity, Incident Management, Physical Security or Operational Resilience is an advantage.
  • Experience with crisis or mass communication tools is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft tools such as Power Automate, Microsoft Forms and Power BI is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Confidence working with international stakeholders, including senior managers.
  • Ability to combine coordination and administrative work with a supportive approach.
  • Good organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proactive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
  • Interest in resilience, risk management and compliance.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in this area.
  • Attention to detail and care for quality and clear processes.
  • Open and collaborative attitude in an international environment.
