Your tasks

• analysis of incoming applications and initial contact with candidates
• managing the calendar of meetings with applicants
• continuous cooperation with other team members and support of their daily activities
• entering and updating data in HR systems
• maintaining personnel files and preparing employee documentation
• responding to staff queries and carrying out tasks arising from these queries
