YOUR TASKS

• Supporting and managing the definition of the Research Strategy Model across the group, notably in the definition of the operational model of cooperation between the different key actors: Presales, Experts, local T&I Leads…
• Supporting the definition of Industry research development plans.
• Implementing organisational and financial models supporting all R&I activities (local & global).
• Defining the various associated processes.
• The transformation deployment of the above mentioned, and its monitoring.
• Deployment and monitoring of associated KPIs.

YOUR PROFILE

• 8 years experience in Management and Transformation and/or Business Consulting.
• Understanding of best practices in innovation, portfolio management, and customer centric approach to framework development.
• Proven record of direct and indirect management of resources and teams.
• Creative thinking and ability to drive performance and user experience requirements.
• Experience maintaining metrics and budgets.
• Strong drive for excellence and a passion for personal and team development.
• Ability to work across a large organisation.
• Strong leadership and communication skills (English fluency - C1 minimum).
• MSc/BTech in a technology domain (Engineering or Science), MBA would be a strong differentiator.
