• We are currently seeking a Research Engineer who will join a newly formed team working on two related but separate projects in the field of tax advisory solutions. These projects focus on leveraging cutting-edge advancements in NLP and agenetic systems in close collaboration with subject matter experts.

• Leading development efforts for innovative research-driven projects
• Finalizing and refining project scope in collaboration with the team and stakeholders
• Creating and maintaining user stories to guide product development
• Driving the development of key features based on business and user needs
• Collaborating closely with the product team and subject matter experts (SMEs)
• Managing communication with stakeholders and ensuring alignment throughout the project

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a research or engineering role, preferably in NLP or AI-focused projects
• Proven experience with state-of-the-art NLP and Generative AI technologies
• Practical knowledge of agentic systems
• Familiarity with automated reasoning, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and evaluation pipelines
• Understanding of hallucination detection methods and reference/citation handling
• Hands-on experience with tools such as LangChain, AutoChain, and in-house agentic frameworks
• Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, SageMaker) and following engineering best practices
