Research Field: Agricultural sciences » Zootechnics

Education Level: PhD or equivalent

Skills/Qualifications:

• The title of professor of agricultural sciences in the discipline of zootechnics and fisheries
• Specialization in the field of digestive tract physiology, digestive system imaging techniques, proficiency in chromatographic analyzes (HPLC, GC), gene expression analysis techniques (Real-time PCR)
• The author or co-author of at least 20 scientific articles or scientific monographs published in journals or publications included in the list of the Ministry, including at least 10 scientific articles in journals from the JCR database, and after obtaining a habilitated doctors degree, at least 5 scientific articles or scientific monographs published in journals or publications included in the list, including at least 3 scientific articles in journals from the JCR database
• Acts or has acted as a manager of a project or projects involving scientific research or development work, or the implementation of investments related to education and scientific activity, maintenance of scientific and research equipment, research stand (SPUB) or special IT equipment (SPUBi), financed in a competitive manner by foreign institutions or international organizations, or obtaining, through SGGW, funds for the provision of research services (KZL) worth at least PLN 100,000 or completed at least eight weeks of documented research internship at a foreign research center
• Has documented teaching achievements or authorship of textbooks or management of teaching or educational projects as part of external competitions of institutions financing research
• Achievements in the field of educating scientific staff and was or is a supervisor or auxiliary supervisor in at least one doctoral thesis or a doctoral degree award procedure, or provides scientific supervision as a supervisor or auxiliary supervisor of a doctoral student, or has prepared at least one review of a doctoral dissertation or in habilitation proceedings
• A good knowledge of English or another congress language sufficient to independently write scientific publications and present reports at scientific conferences
• Excellent knowledge of the Polish language enabling classes to be conducted in this language
