Qualifications

• Masters degree in food technology and human nutrition
• Experience in research on food quality development and assessment, including antioxidant properties of food ingredients, documented by scientific achievements
• At least 5 scientific publications with total impact factor of at least 18, including at least two articles as first or corresponding author
• Practical knowledge of gas and liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry techniques
• Participation in scientific conferences (oral or poster), including international conferences
• Fluency in Polish sufficient to conduct classes with students
• Experience in educating students in the field of food law
• At least good command of English for independent writing of publications and teaching in English
• Computer skills, with emphasis on MS Office and statistical software
• Ability to work in a team
• Demonstrated commitment to acquiring knowledge and professional skills relevant to the position

• Participating in organizational work for the University
• Improving professional competences
