We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Analyst to join our Financial Research team, supporting a global investment bank. The role involves working closely with external client on research and analysis across macro strategy, equity strategy, and ESG domains. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates passionate about financial markets and research, with a strong foundation in finance and data analysis.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct financial research and analysis across macroeconomic and equity strategy domains.
• Support client teams with data-driven insights, presentations, and reports.
• Work with large datasets using Excel and Python to extract, clean, and analyze financial data.
• Collaborate with stakeholder to understand research requirements and deliver high-quality outputs.
• Stay updated on market trends, valuations, and ESG developments.
• Contribute to ESG-related research initiatives (prior experience not mandatory).

Skills required:

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts).
• Basic understanding of finance, including valuations, financial statements, and market instruments.
• Experience in financial research, preferably in macro or equity strategy.
• Strong interest in ESG and sustainable finance topics.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a client-facing environment.
• Prior experience in macro strategy or equity strategy research.
• Basic working knowledge of Python for data analysis.
• Exposure to ESG frameworks or reporting standards (e.g., SASB, TCFD) is a plus.
