We-re looking for a Requirements Engineer to join an exciting project in the telecommunications industry. In this role, you-ll be responsible for translating high-level system and hardware requirements into precise functional, architectural, and interface specifications. You-ll collaborate closely with system architects, product and technical managers, as well as development and testing teams, ensuring that proposed solutions align with both technical standards and business goals. Responsibilities

  • Translate system-level and product needs to define RF component behavior and interactions
  • Develop and maintain clear, structured specifications to support development, integration, and testing
  • Work closely with other teams to ensure an aligned system design
  • Evaluate and refine feature ideas for feasibility and technical accuracy
  • Provide ongoing support to engineering teams by explaining requirements and offering expert advice

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a Requirements Engineer or similar role
  • Solid understanding of RF systems and radio technologies (4G/5G)
  • Experience in creating clear and structured functional/system specifications
  • Knowledge of embedded systems, especially telecom hardware/software
  • Ability to decompose complex problems into clear, technical solutions
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills across cross-functional teams
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written
  • Fluent Polish required
  • Residing in Poland required
