As Requirements Engineer CX SAP SD (Customer Experience) you design and customize the ERP part, that enables a convincing experience for our B2B customers.
Your focus will be on SAP SD, specifically:
- Capturing, evaluating, and prioritizing customer needs in a structured way
- Designing and customizing user experiences that meet customer requirements
- Assessing and prioritizing impacts on business processes and securing necessary decisions
- Collaborating closely with colleagues responsible for CX SAP CC (eCOM) and CX Salesforce (CRM/CIAM)
Your profile
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Informatics, Marketing, or Sales
- Professional experience in a B2B environment within international organizations
- A passion for your work that inspires others, paired with excellent English communication skills
Your capabilities
- Working closely with stakeholders to understand and capture their needs
- Communicating design processes, ideas, and solutions clearly and effectively within your team
- Building strong, productive relationships across departments and countries
Your qualifications
- A solid understanding of User-Centered Design principles
- Experience in Requirements Engineering for SAP SD — ideally also for SAP CC, Salesforce, and/or EDI implementations
Your mindset and skills
- Proficiency in applying agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, SAFe)
- Self-reliant, collaborative, quality-driven, and highly responsible
