As Requirements Engineer CX (Customer Experience) you design and implement a convincing online experience for our customers.
Your focus will be on SAP Commerce Cloud and Salesforce (Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud). You will be responsible for implementing features that deliver a seamless, consistent omni-channel experience in a B2B context. Specifically, you will:
- Capture, evaluate, and prioritize customer needs in a structured way, with a focus on Digital Marketing, eCommerce, and Digital Services
- Design user experiences that align with customer requirements
- Assess and prioritize impacts on business processes and secure decisions related to design and user experience
- Lead IT activities by conceptualizing and implementing innovative solutions in an agile environment
Your profile
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Informatics, Marketing, or Sales
- Professional experience in a B2B environment within international organizations
- A passion for your work that inspires others, paired with excellent English communication skills
- Communicative knowledge of Polish
You are able to:
- Collaborate closely with customers to understand and capture their needs
- Clearly and effectively lead design processes and oversee implementation within your team
- Build strong, productive relationships across departments and countries
Your qualifications:
- A solid understanding of User-Centered Design principles
Proven experience in Requirements Engineering for SAP and Salesforce.
Your mindset and skills:
- Proficiency in applying agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, SAFe)
- Self-reliant, collaborative, quality-driven, and highly responsible
