Responsibilities : Requirements management & engineering in international product development projects; Analysing customer requirements and identifying requirements to implement; Creating detailed requirements with focus on software, including defining interfaces and dependencies between systems; Conducting requirements workshops to capture detailed requirements from technical experts and customers; Responsibility for managing requirements, including maintaining requirements traceability matrices; Reviewing requirements for consistency, appropriateness and completeness; Collaborating with international teams and stakeholders for prioritization and management of requirements; Training of engineers and stakeholders in requirements management and engineering; Supporting project management in project planning related to requirements management; Engaging in continuous improvement of requirements management processes to ensure they are up to current standards; requirements-expected : Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or comparable qualification; At least 3-5 years of experience in Requirements Management and Requirements Engineering for complex projects incl.
