responsibilities :
Gathering and validation of requirements through workshops and other techniques
Analyze and define customer needs and transfer them into prioritized functions and deliverables
Responsibility for development and long term maintenance of the system level requirements set
Suggest updated ways of working in the areas of requirements engineering and related areas (e.g. verification and validation)
Coaching engineers and product owners in requirement structure, methods and tool usage
requirements-expected :
Bachelor of Science university degree (technical faculty or similar)
5 years experience of working with product development projects and requirements engineering/verification
Experience from working with requirement management tools
Demonstrated skills in planning and leading workshops
English at the advanced level
Beneficial: Deep knowledge of products and systems in comparable areas as DeLaval’s, tough environment requirements, compliance and certifications, and product life cycle Knowledge of work in dairy industry, working in farms and with cows
