Job Overview: As a Reporting & Analytics Analyst your role will be to support French AFH Sales agenda and be responsible for maintaining, analyzing and reporting the main information related to sales assessment and execution of the whole business plans with different customers in organized trade channel. It will require collaboration with all departments supporting sales in terms of solving issues and implementing business actions.

Responsibilities

1. Identify suitable data / insight sources
2. Collect, clean & consolidate internal and external data from multiple sources
3. Capture, track, analyze and perform analysis of customer, category performance, volume, revenue profitability and other, based on sell data in preparation for performance reviews and ad-hoc requests.
4. Based on analysis develop monthly reports on the performance, collect customer specific data to track and analyze results by channel and customer, prepare relevant reporting for such.
5. Maintain and update data and data analysis databases
6. Send out data requests to customer/distributor/internal stakeholders
7. Reconcile with customer and internal files data promotion numbers
8. Analyze performance KPIs (storage costs, preparation costs, delivery costs)

Qualifications

1. Fluency in English and French
2. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (knowledge of SAP applications would be an advantage)
3. Analytical mindset allowing to collect and examine a large volume of data, and identify trends.
4. Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions in order to find actionable, results-oriented solutions
5. Great organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
6. Good attention to details
7. Exceptional written and oral communication skills
