We are looking for Reporting and Consolidation Leader who will be responsible for overseeing the consolidation process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting for the entire organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the consolidation of 38 legal entities in 34 countries (IFRS compliance).
- Oversee data collection, validation, and preparation of consolidated financial statements.
- Lead and develop the Finance Operations team.
- Drive finance transformation and process automation initiatives.
- Collaborate with other departments for continuous process improvements.
- Provide accurate financial information and analysis to stakeholders.
- Develop guidelines and policies for accounting operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5-8 years in a senior finance role
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field;
- Strong foundation in IFRS financial accounting principles.
- Experience in financial reporting, process optimization, and automation.
- Familiarity with financial systems and ERP tools.
- Expertise in change management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Proven ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams.
