For our client we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of: Reporting / BI Specialist
Location: Remote work (it is important to be able to come to the office for key meetings)Job type: B2B via Hays Poland Rate: 70-90 zł/h+vat Length: 6 monthsStart date: January 2024
We’re looking specialist to: 

• Reporting and BI Expert plays a crucial role in harnessing the capabilities of the Power BI platform to transform data into actionable insights. 
• Plays an important role in the data analysis and visualization process, translating business requirements into interactive reports and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing and developing Power BI reports and dashboards to meet the business stakeholders’ needs
• Gathering and understanding business requirements for data visualization and analysis
• Collaborating with data engineers and analysts to acquire, clean, and transform data for reporting purposes
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues in Power BI reports
• Providing training and support to end users on using Power BI

What we expect from you: Must Have:

• You have a minimum of 2 years of experience 
• Proficiency in Power BI development, including report and dashboard creation
• Strong understanding of data modeling and data visualization concepts
• Experience with SQL for data manipulation and extraction
• Knowledge of Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) for creating calculations
• Familiarity with data warehouse concepts
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
• Adaptability to changing business requirements
• Fluent English – min. C1

Nice to Have:

• Power BI certifications are a Plus 
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, data analytics, or relevant fields
