About the Job:

For our Corporate division in POZNAŃ Poland we are looking for an:

Reporting and Analytics Lead

What will your daily responsibilities include in this role?

  • Deliver reports and analysis in finance area (AR, AP, GL) in line with services provided by the SSC and stakeholder’s expectations;
  • Gather data, provide reporting and visualizations in an agreed format;
  • Monitor data quality and work with the relevant departments/functions to improve data quality;
  • Analyse information and provide insights describing main changes vs other periods, trends, issues, opportunities etc.;
  • Update and modify existing reports to fit functional requirements and design principles for standardised reporting;
  • Apply continuous improvement approach: create and build new solutions to improve quality, identify opportunities to deliver new advanced analytics, data visualization and automation;
  • Support design of new reporting and analytics, gather business and functional requirements, manage expectations, facilitate workshops;
  • Support design of the SLAa and KPI’s in finance area;
  • Ensure all processes in the area of reporting and analytics are well documented (creating and updating manuals and instructions).

Our requirements:

  • University degree in economics / finance;
  • Min. 3 years of experience in finance & accounting and/or Reporting & Analytics;
  • Very good English in speaking and writing, second European language (e.g. French, Spanish, German, Portuguese, Italian) would be an asset;
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Power Point), advanced digital dexterity, good knowledge of technical reporting requirements;
  • Very good knowledge of analytical tools like Power BI, Tableau or other would be an advantage;
  • Structured and solution-oriented way of working;
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
