Reporting and Analysis Specialist (Controlling)

Responsibilities
- Support for finance manager/senior controller during weekly outlook/ monthly forecast and budget processes
- Month end closing activities (accrual calculations, closing analysis, reporting)
- Manufacturing cost monitoring and variance analysis to budget/forecast
- SAP standard cost maintenance (in the system)
- Preparation of all ad hoc related analysis according to the Top Management needs
- Participation in audits (internal and external)
- Daily cooperation with operational team (production, PC&L, maintenance, etc.)
Qualifications
- Higher education
- Understanding of P&L structure
- 3-5 years experience in manufacturing environment, preferably with international exposure
- Advanced Excel skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills and can-do approach
- English (B2 or above)
- Attention to details
- Communication skills with the ability to explain financial data to non-financial stakeholders
