As a Benefits Governance Analytics and Reporting Specialist, you will be working for one of the most prestigious investment banks in the world. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the International Benefits Governance team, focusing on reporting and analytics. You will play a vital part in managing benefits-related projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting governance initiatives during the coverage period.
Hybrid position with remote works 2 days a week.
responsibilities :
Partner with the International Benefits Governance team to manage reporting and analytics activities
Coordinate the global benefit plan inventory update project with external consultants and internal Benefits and Payroll teams (March–September)
Collect, analyze, and report benefits data for regulatory filings, including EU pay equity, transparency, material risk taker reporting, and IDI Resolution Planning
Identify opportunities for process and tool automation related to benefits data reporting
Support various benefits governance initiatives as needed to maintain compliance and operational efficiency

Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
Excellent time and priority management skills to meet deadlines effectively
A positive, can-do attitude and strong communication and teamwork abilities
Experience in Benefits Management or Administration within a large, complex international organization
Nice to have experience: SQL, VBA
