Managed Service Operations team in PwC, a collective of over 1000 specialists delivering operational support to domestic and global institutions across a broad range of services, including AML, Forensic, Finance and Tax, Accounting, Payroll, HR Administration, and many more. We are looking for a person with an analytical mind, well organized and eager to learn to strengthen our support team in Managed Service Operations.

Reporting Analyst

As a Reporting Analyst, you will be a part of the Internal Financial Reporting and Analysis Team working closely with senior leadership within MSO. In this role, you will work on improving reporting and delivering in-depth analysis. You will have insight into what is behind the numbers and have an impact on business decisions and executing MSO’s growth strategy.

Your main responsibilities:

1. Preparing reports and calculations based on data from various sources in a timely manner,
2. Conducting cost analysis and budget variance analysis,
3. Financial and key performance indicators reporting,
4. Being involved in preparing data needed for month close,
5. Supporting in providing the right data to business leaders and top executives,
6. Drawing conclusions based on the above reports,
7. Supporting in project settlements and product profitability analysis,
8. Monitoring our internal initiatives portfolio,
9. Focusing on continuous improvement of the reporting and operational processes,
10. Close cooperation with other teams e.g., financial controlling and accounting, resource management, transformation.

Our requirements:

1. At least 3 years of experience in reporting, controlling or business analytics,
2. Practical very good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint,
3. Excellent communication skills with ability to present to non-finance audiences,
4. Ability to speak English fluently,
5. Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail,
6. Ability to work independently and effective time management skills,
7. Proactive approach and problem-solving skills,
8. University degree.

Nice to have:

1. Experience in working with Power BI, SQL, Alteryx,
2. Prior experience in a corporate environment.
