Analysis and assessment of new features, backlog stories, and defects

Experience in roles such as Configuration Specialist, Data Visualization Specialist, Report Developer
High proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Word, and gSuite
Ability to manage customer-facing activities and stakeholder relationships
Strong presentation skills and experience
Fluent English
Strong self-organizational skills
Willingness and ability to work across different time zones
Experience with Jira
Nice to Have: Experience working on validated projects with a global scope or international teams, knowledge of Veeva Vault QMS, basic SQL knowledge, familiarity with manual testing
