The Role
As part of a new EMEA‑based Renewals team, you will manage renewals for major accounts, owning the renewal journey, achieving high retention, and partnering with cross‑functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and long‑term success.
Key Responsibilities
- Qualify and validate SFDC renewal opportunities and pipeline
- Research customer organizational structure and maintain information within Salesforce.com
- Conduct account reviews to ensure customer satisfaction prior to renewal
- Identify customer issues and collaborate with management and account teams to resolve them
- Track implementation and support activity of customers
- Develop customer quotes using the renewal tool
- Forecast accurately by day, month, and quarter via Clari
- Manage daily SFDC renewal opportunities and use the renewal dashboard for hygiene
- Meet or exceed renewal revenue quota and retention metrics
- Collaborate with distributors, channel partners, and account teams on renewal QBRs, forecasts, and daily updates
- Establish and maintain strong executive‑level business relationships
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Check Point solutions and competitive positioning
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in renewals or sales
- Track record of meeting quota and renewal metrics
- Forecasting experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, SFDC (Clari and Exceed a plus)
- Flexibility, teamwork, and stakeholder management
- Highly collaborative, relationship‑oriented approach
- Highly organized, detail‑focused, and process‑oriented
- Experience in cybersecurity is a plus
- Fluent in German and English
