BitByBit Sp. z o.o. is a company specializing in advanced IT solutions for the space sector. Our software supports the monitoring and control of space missions, serving as a key component of the ground segment. We collaborate with the European Space Agency, research institutions, and leading entities in the space sector, delivering innovative solutions in data processing, system optimization, and standardization of space mission management.
Due to constant development and new opportunities related to the project, we are looking for passionate software engineers willing to work in the space industry.
Our clients include the European Space Agency, Airbus, Terma, SpaceBel, and OHB.
Recruitment process:
- CV Review – We conduct an initial screening of applications to ensure that the candidates experience and skills meet our requirements.
- Technical Task – Candidates who pass the first stage will receive a technical task. You will have 48 hours to complete it.
- Technical Interview – Selected candidates will be invited to an online interview with our technical lead. This meeting will assess technical skills and problem-solving approaches.
- Final Interview – The last stage is a conversation with the CEO of The BitByBit Company, where we will discuss team fit and your vision for growth within our company

Contact us if you have:
- Deep knowledge of software testing, quality assurance, testing framework and processes, product lifecycle, and bug reporting.
- Commercial experience in Selenium WebDriver or Cypress.
- Experience in Agile methodology,
- Hands-on experience in test automation on at least one framework: Cypress, Behave or Pytest.
- Knowledge of GIT version control system allowing to use it freely.
- Familiarity with test management tools
- Practical knowledge of technologies used in web applications i.e. (HTML, HTTP, REST API).
- Basic knowledge of SQL.
- Analytical thinking.
- Good knowledge of English (min. B2).
- Great communication skills.
It will be great if you:
- Have commercial experience in API tests (Postman, Tavern, or similar).
- Are familiar with docker.
- Own GitHub repository with some code to share.
- Have basic knowledge of programming languages (Python or JavaScript).
