Remote Support Specialist (m/f/d)

We are looking for 6 specialists for this position.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• You will be part of our value chain for Connectivity Installation and Maintenance – ensuring the secure connection of all our customers medical systems to our remote service platforms.
• You act as the first point of contact for our internal and external customers and interact via hotline (inbound and outbound) and email to provide appropriate solutions for a variety of customer requests. Your role includes dispatching and escalation of requests.
• Provide technical support to customers experiencing application or technical issues according to our Knowledge Base and Guides.
• You will also fulfill your responsibilities in on-call duty and shift operation in the 24/7 telephone support of the IT service environment.
• As part of your role, you will also be responsible for the continuous improvement and productivity increase of the support processes.

Your qualifications, experience & skills:

• At least 1 year of prior experience in providing customer support in an IT environment.
• Knowledge of network terms e.g., LAN, TCP/IP, IPSEC, Firewalls.
• You are fluent (min. C1) in Polish AND English.
• Other languages are a plus: German, French, Spanish, Italian.
• Prior experience within the healthcare industry is a plus.
• Highly motivated team player with strong communication, customer service, and problem resolution skills.
• Self-motivation, methodological skills, customer orientation, as well as analytical and assertive skills complete your profile.
• To effectively manage a global customer base in different time zones, we request candidates to have flexibility in working hours (between 7.00 am – 7.00 pm) – schedules are prepared in advance, it’s a standard 8-hour working day.
