We’re seeking an outstanding Salesforce Developer who doesn’t just write code but makes magic happen every single day. You’ll report directly to a Senior Developer based in Poland (with oversight from the UK) and work alongside a talented team with deep roots in North America. Salesforce Customisations & Integrations: Develop, test, and deploy high-quality Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
Database & BI Excellence: Leverage your strong SQL and relational database skills to design and manage data structures that support Salesforce and wider BI initiatives.
Become the go-to expert in creating and utilising detailed documentation while effectively managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible language for diverse stakeholders, keeping everyone aligned.
Experience: At least 5 years in IT with a verifiable, traceable career history. Exceptional candidates with an outstanding track record will be considered even if they don’t have formal education credentials.
Salesforce Mastery: Demonstrated expertise as a Salesforce Developer, with deep knowledge of customisations, integrations, and administration.
Developer Fundamentals: Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming with hands-on experience in SQL and relational database management, crucial for BI tasks.
Excellent written and spoken English (UK English required) with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
While a degree in Computer Science or a related field is valued, a superior performance history and the right attitude are equally important. Certifications: Salesforce Developer Certification II.
Proficient in English at a communicative level.
Experience in BI-related tasks, including data extraction, transformation, and insightful reporting.
