BigTime Software is seeking a talented and motivated Senior DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience with AWS cloud computing ☁, Terraform , Kubernetes , Helm , and a strong understanding of DevOps principles with GitLab . Knowledge of Python is a plus. We are looking for a self-reliant DevOps engineer with the ability to work independently and experience in managing infrastructure and automating processes.

Infrastructure as Code (IaC) : Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform/Terragrunt to ensure efficient provisioning and management of AWS resources.
AWS Management : Deploy, configure, and manage AWS services, including EC2 instances , managed databases (RDS, Elasticache, DocumentDB), S3 buckets , and more.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD ⚙ to automate application deployment, testing, and monitoring.
Automation : Develop and maintain scripts and automation tools to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
Monitoring and Logging : Implement and maintain monitoring and logging solutions (e.g., Experience with serverless computing (AWS Lambda) .
Knowledge of infrastructure automation and configuration management tools (Ansible).
Familiarity with DevOps and Agile methodologies .
Bachelors degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
~5+ years of proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
~ Strong knowledge of AWS services and best practices.
~ Scripting skills, particularly in Python (Nice to have).
~ Understanding of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
~ Familiarity with Linux/Unix systems and shell scripting.
~ Strong communication in English and Polish .
~ AWS certification(s)is a plus.
