Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage projects, adjusting schedules and budgets as needed.
• Coordinate teams of developers, testers, and designers.
• Facilitate Agile meetings (daily stand-ups, sprints, retrospectives).
• Communicate with clients to gather requirements and provide updates.
• Monitor budgets and negotiate adjustments if scope changes.
• Prepare reports and maintain project documentation.
• Support testing and deployment processes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in software project management.
• Proficiency with Jira
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum.
• English proficiency at C1 level.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent leadership and team coordination abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and team members.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in managing remote or distributed teams.
