Duties:

• Creation and update technical and design documentation for Service Desk and Administrators
• Care of Infrastructure monitoring
• Presentation of technical designs, solutions, implementation plans and improvements
• Upgrade/Update Windows systems
• Data Management/Improvements/Archiving
• Analysis of business requirements
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently to minimize downtime

Required skills:

• Experience of similar position minimum 3-4 years
• Experience of the hybrid infrastructure based on Windows Server technologies
• Experience of RBAC technology
• Experience of Active Directory
• Experience with tools for infrastructure monitoring
• Experience with Data Management
• Experience with Data Technology (NFS,SMB)
• Communicative and Creative
• Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP
• Fluent English written and spoken language (C1)
• Flexible hours are required
• Ability to create PowerShell scripts (additional advantage)
• Experience with Azure Blob Storage/Azure Files (additional advantage)
• Microsoft Certification (additional advantage)
