Office Location: Katowice (Remote role)

Schedule: Flexible hours between 7:00 23:00 (Mon Sun) with the possibility of night shifts (optional).

What Youll Do

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will:

  • Interface with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or online channels based on client requirements.
  • Provide exceptional support for routine inquiries related to the clients products and services.
  • Assist customers with digital solutions such as:
    • Performing software updates.
    • Comparing vehicle models.
    • Adjusting car settings.
    • Guidance on starting and charging hybrid or electric vehicles.
  • Deliver digital-first support, prioritizing efficiency and customer satisfaction.
