Job Summary :

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our German-speaking customers from the comfort of your home, handling queries, addressing concerns, and contributing to an overall positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide top-notch customer support remotely via phone, email, and chat in German.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries related to products, services, and account information in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage customer complaints and concerns with a calm, solution-oriented approach.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of company products and services to provide accurate and helpful information.
  • Process orders, returns, exchanges, and other customer requests efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical support, etc.) to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Meet or exceed established performance metrics, such as response time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.

Requirements :

  • Language skills : Fluent in German (C1/C2 level) with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prior experience in customer service is an advantage, but not required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex queries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and empathetic approach.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Proficient in using computers, with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional work environment at home.
  • Ability to work in shifts if necessary.
