Job Summary :

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our German-speaking customers from the comfort of your home, handling queries, addressing concerns, and contributing to an overall positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Provide top-notch customer support remotely via phone, email, and chat in German.
  2. Address and resolve customer inquiries related to products, services, and account information in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Manage customer complaints and concerns with a calm, solution-oriented approach.
  4. Maintain a deep understanding of company products and services to provide accurate and helpful information.
  5. Process orders, returns, exchanges, and other customer requests efficiently.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical support, etc.) to ensure smooth service delivery.
  7. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
  8. Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
  9. Meet or exceed established performance metrics, such as response time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.

Requirements :

  1. Language skills : Fluent in German (C1/C2 level) with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  2. Prior experience in customer service is an advantage, but not required.
  3. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex queries.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and empathetic approach.
  5. Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
  6. Proficient in using computers, with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  7. Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional work environment at home.
  8. Ability to work in shifts if necessary.
