Maverick Currencies is seeking individuals who want to build a long-term trading career using firm capital and professional support. We do not run challenges or pay-to-pass evaluations. Instead, traders receive real capital, mentorship, education, and scaling opportunities based on discipline and performance.

This remote role allows traders to work from home or any location with fast internet. With more than 25 years of successful trader development worldwide, Maverick provides a structured process designed to help traders grow consistently.

Your Responsibilities

• Trade Forex and/or Crypto markets using firm-funded accounts
• Follow a defined trading plan rooted in rules and consistency
• Analyze charts, trends, and market conditions
• Identify high-probability setups and execute trades responsibly
• Manage risk with strict position sizing and guidelines
• Participate in ongoing coaching sessions and team meetings
• Use performance analytics to track progress
• Maintain a detailed journal to refine your decision-making

Ideal Candidate Profile

Required

• Interest in markets, trading, and financial analysis
• Strong self-discipline and ability to follow a structured process
• Stable internet connection and reliable computer setup
• Comfort working independently in a remote environment

Preferred

• Some experience in Forex, Crypto, Options, or Futures
• Background in mathematics, engineering, statistics, economics, or finance
• Experience using MT4/MT5, TradingView, or similar tools
• Any form of live trading experience is helpful but not required

Coachable candidates who can follow direction can be highly successful, even without prior experience.

Compensation

This is a performance-only role. Traders earn a share of the profits generated with firm capital.

Typical Earnings Range: $500 – $10,000+ per month, depending on consistency and account size.

Profit Split: 65%–90%, based on performance tiers.

There is no base salary. All compensation is tied to results and risk-management discipline.
