Are you passionate about healthcare and have an excellent command of both German and English ? If so, this role could be the perfect match for you!

We are looking for a dynamic individual who thrives on communication and is ready to make a significant impact by providing exceptional support to clients in the healthcare industry. This is your chance to merge your language skills with your interest in healthcare!

Full-time position with shifts from 8:00 to 19:00, Monday through Friday. Every second Saturday is a working day.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Engage with health advisory tasks, contributing to the success of leading brands.
  2. Serve as a key communicator, ensuring smooth interactions between customers and our clients.
  3. Act as the first point of contact to provide consultation, assistance, and support to customers.
  4. Build and nurture long-term relationships, establishing trust with clients.
  5. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues, maintaining our clients reputation.
  6. Learn how to provide strategic advice and deliver outstanding customer service.
  7. Respond to various requests regarding pharmaceutical products via phone, email, and chat.

Qualifications:

  1. Medical background: A Bachelors or Masters degree in pharmacy, biotechnology, biology, chemistry, or a related field (an absolute MUST).
  2. Advanced command of German (C1 and higher) and English B2 and higher (written and spoken).
  3. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  4. Self-driven and skilled at multitasking, ready to take on challenges.
  5. Passionate about healthcare and eager to enhance your expertise in a professional setting.

Please note: to be considered, applicants need to have either a EU member state passport, a valid Residence Permit for Poland, a student visa OR a confirmation that one is a current student or a recent graduate from a Polish university.
