We are looking for a CRM Automation Specialist focused on Customer Insights and Automation. This role involves providing statistics on acquisition, onboarding and retention, managing HubSpot CRM, understanding data workflows, and supporting automation in ActiveCampaign. The candidate will assist teams like Success, Support, and Sales with their HubSpot, Mixpanel, Zapier, and other integration needs.

• 3+ years of experience in customer data analysis and reporting.  
• English level B2-C1. 
• Proficiency in Mixpanel, Zapier, and other integration tools. 
• Experience with ActiveCampaign and HubSpot.  
• Multitasking skills. 
• Ability to manage complex workflows and implement automation chains. 
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills. 
• Understanding of acquisition processes and customer lifecycle management.
