We are building a new data platform on Microsoft Fabric and are looking for a Platform Engineer to help shape, build, and operate it from the ground up. Foster a collaborative and learning-oriented culture as part of a newly formed team, and working closely with cloud architects, cloud engineers, and the security team.
~ Professional Experience: You bring 5-8 years of experience in Data or Platform Engineering, with a strong focus on cloud-native solutions and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
~ Platform Engineering Expertise: You are proficient in Terraform, Azure DevOps, and Azure CLI with a proven track record of automating infrastructure and implementing CI/CD pipelines in cloud environments, ideally following GitOps principles for managing infrastructure and deployments.
~ Azure & Programming Skills: Exposure to Azure services such as Data Factory, Synapse, and Azure SQL Database is an advantage. Familiarity with Power BI, Microsoft Fabric and Microsoft Purview is a plus.
~ Language Skills: Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is essential. German skills are an advantage.
